Whats new? planning trips| new workouts | intermittent fasting | Law of attraction

Hellooooo beauties

I know its been a crazy minute but I have been trying to slowly integrate things I love doing back into my life. My plate has just been pretty full and instead of trying to do everything at once and failing miserably at everything, I decided its more logical to incorporate one thing at a time into my daily to do list. Am I making any sense?

Finally I feel like now I can actually dedicate my time to blogging on a regular basis without it interfering with anything else or feeling like i'm totally failing my blog. Interfere sounds pretty messed up but I don't mean it in a bad way. You guys know I love this little space and if you didn't know that well let me tell this blog is my happy space and I  FREAKEN LOVE IT.

So what the heck have I been up to?

I started intermittent fasting, which I hope will help in my weight loss journey. I have been doing it for a month now and in all honesty its such an easy lifestyle change. I have not yet weighed myself but I might get on the scale today. #sobadassofme

I have been focused on HIIT workout but now I am actually about to start 30 day Shred (let me know if you have ever tried it) my bff raved about it over the weekend and I was like dudette let me give it a go.

I will be going to Portugal soon and cannot wait! It will be Matteo's first holiday and even though I am pretty much dreading the flight with a baby I am excited for this experience. (Any travelling with a 10 month old tips are soooo welcomed.)

I went a month without ANY heat on my hair, a whole month you guys!  my hair has grown and is so extremely healthy now.

I created a new vision board which is keeping me LASER focused on my goals, whether its my long term goals or ones I want to focus my full attention on immediately. Along with that I have been doing some more studying up regarding the law of attraction.

Look forward to my breast feeding tips which will be live on Wednesday 9 am SAST
Till then

  6. Congrats on your upcoming trip to Portugal. Here's a tip for traveling with a baby. To keep little ears from popping, feeding during take off and landing is a good idea. My husband had three babies, and he mentioned this once when we heard a baby screaming bloody murder on the plane.
